    • recognize, reward, and publicize the best book written by a Latine junior scholar in the related fields
    • provide faculty with the best and most current Latine book(s) to consider for required and recommended course texts

Past winners have included some of the foremost voices in Latine scholarship in the United States. The recipient of the HTI Book Prize receives a monetary award and is invited to lecture on their book during HTI’s annual Professional Development Conference at Princeton Theological Seminary.
