ECO aims to provide post-graduation career development through mentoring that supports scholars in transitioning into professional careers. Additionally, it offers workshops to help scholars enhance their contributions and partnerships within their hiring institutions. ECO provides scholars with the opportunity to engage in conversations about navigating their new leadership roles and to discuss relevant topics related to their journey toward becoming leaders.

ECO is a by invitation only for scholars who have graduated within the past two years.
