Rubén Dupertuis
Dean of the School of Arts and Humanities, Associate Professor in the Religion Department at Trinity University
Field of Study: Biblical Studies and Religion
Rubén R. Dupertuis has taught in the Religion Department at Trinity University since 2006. He received his Ph.D. in New Testament and Early Christian Literature from Claremont Graduate University. His research interests include Acts of the Apostles, the Gospel of Peter, and early Christian narrative more generally, education in the ancient world, and the role of Bible in American Popular culture. He has also served has Chair of the Religion Department, Director of the Mellon Initiative for Undergraduate Research, and Co-Director of the Humanities Collective. He now serves as Dean of the School of Arts and Humanities.
