Description
The objective of the Organization Administration Intern position is to support and gain experience administering ACHTUS, understand and support the financial reporting, provide updates to the website, promote, and post on social media, and support the logistics, planning, and coordination of the academic colloquium. The OAI will work with and serve all executive officers of ACHTUS (President, President Elect, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer).

Description:
Works closely with the AETH Creative and Communications Team. The Content Curator/Creator Intern will research, gather information, edit and integrate the work of writers and designers (AETH members), with a focus on Hispanic Theological Education. These curated materials will be published on the AETH website, and social media platforms.
Membership Services
Description
Assists with membership services. This entails assisting with monitoring the member database for monthly reports and finding more effective ways to communicate with members of AETH who are producers of theological education and working collaboratively with a consultant for fundraising.

Organization Administration Intern
Description
The objective of the Organization Administration Intern position is to support and gain experience in the work of an educational non-profit organization. The OAI will support the organization in the area of communication: promote and create posts for social media, website updates, newsletter production and distribution. The OAI will also learn about general administration of non-profit organizations by interacting with the CLLI administrative team, including the Executive Director. In addition, the OAI will learn about what entails to run an academic organization at the certificate level, curriculum design and implementation and, interaction with faculty and students.

Hispanic Summer Program (HSP)
Program Assistant
Description
- Coordinate and manage the HSP’s monthly public scholarship series entitled “The HSP Exchange.” Through this opportunity, the Program Assistant will work directly with faculty, Deans, Executive Directors, and other Latinx theological leaders to ensure the planning and execution of this monthly series.
- Participate in a monthly curriculum in non-profit management, which will provide the intern with skills in fundraising, grant writing, project design and management, and the like.
- Work with the HSP Auxiliary Staff on joint projects that will advance the work of the organization. Projects may be programmatic or be tied to broader fundraising initiatives.
- Meet regularly with the Supervisor to critically explore how non-profit management skills can empower a scholar for a career within or outside the academy.
