PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR DOCTORAL STUDENTS  – PhD students in their 1st and 2nd year

DESCRIPTION

FTE offers doctoral students opportunities for mentoring, vocational exploration and professional development. These resources facilitate the timely completion of advanced degrees, and help to prepare future theological educators for vital lives of teaching and theological scholarship

 ELIGIBILITY

Applicants must be of African, Latino/a, Asian/Pacific Islander or First Nations descent enrolled or admitted to full time in a PhD or ThD program in religion, theological studies or biblical studies.

Applicants must be within the first two years of their studies (coursework stage) at beginning of the 2020-2021 academic year (September 1, 2020).

Applicants who have not yet received notification of admission to a doctoral program at the time of application will be considered pending admission. If available, documentation of acceptance of admission must be submitted to FTE.

Students enrolled in or applying to Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) programs are ineligible for this opportunity.
