Expense Guidelines
The HTI expense guidelines were designed to help you document all your expenses per Internal Revenue Service regulations. These guidelines are provided to keep costs within reasonable limits and to follow consistent reimbursement procedures. Please familiarize yourself with the HTI expense guidelines, so that you are not unpleasantly surprised when you are not reimbursed for an expense.
Additional Information

However, if you begin to feel ill (cough, fever, shortness of breath, sneezing, headache, etc.) while you are at the PDC, please go to your room and immediately e-mail suzette.aloyo@ptsem.edu or HTI@ptsem.edu so that we can bring you a covid test and also discern the best way to support you.
- Meals: If your travel schedule or delays require that you have meals en route, we ask that you keep the itemized receipts and follow the Expense Guidelines to avoid misunderstandings when processing your reimbursement after the event.
