Sammy Alfaro is Professor of Theology at Grand Canyon University and pastor of Iglesia Nuevo Dia / New Day Church in Phoenix, AZ. He studied at Fuller Theological Seminary (MA in Biblical and Theological Studies, 2002) and (PhD in Theology, 2008). He is an ordained bishop with the Church of God (Cleveland, TN), author of Divino Compañero: toward a Hispanic Pentecostal Christology (2010), and co-editor with Néstor Medina of Pentecostals and Charismatics in Latin America and among Latino Communities(2015).
